That is a hell of a dent! They must have whipped that door open with a lot of force. Someone needs to do that to their forehead.

all these things hurt, but car is car as long as engine got the heart.

Whaaaat? I worked hard for my car and I'll keep on taking steps so this wont happen. I care, I care big time.

^I'm with you. A car is never just a car. It represents who you are. While some owners may not care, many, especially on the forums and those who've I've met since I've purchased my car, do actually care and will do anything to minimize any harm done. It's not an OCD thing or anything like that. I, too, have worked hard for my car and keeping it in showroom condition is something I take pride in. Those who don't really care about their expensive rides probably didn't obtain it themselves or have the means to waste money if they wanted. There is a possessive quality to cars for the true owner, not just the one who drives it.

Let me clear up what I said...
It's childish but I probably love my ISF more than anyone on the earth and want to drive it fresh till I die, so I even actually hid and watched people park next to my cars and open them doors because some parking lots are just shady. But objects should not make us paranoid, right?
So what I'm trying to say is that even though I drive an ISF responsibly, the fact does not change the fact that I could be no better person than an African who's starving right now.
IMHO, the way cars are designed calls for all the trouble they have and you just can't be afraid of what's bound to happen...

I respect everyone's opinions but I don't share them all the time. 2dank, if I'd think like you do I'd probably be driving a POS car, after all I wouldn't care about it. The truth of the matter is that I care about my car (or any other thing that I have) as much as I care about the guy's car next to me; I assume that he worked hard to buy it and deserves my respect. If I ever cause a damage like the pictures above, I guess I'd leave my business card with a note, just because I treat everyone in the same way I'd like to be treated. Accidents can happen, the important thing is how you deal with them.
