Yeah u missed the most important , take the oem header out and unclip the o2 sensor. Then spray the WD40 , use the table clamp to hold it tight while u let it cool and then unbolt it. Do not try to unbolt the o2 sensor while the header is still attach to the engine, i think that the biggest reason y ppls has problem with them 
. Also use a pre thread bolt and clean out the new header where the o2 sensor would go.

Will pass this information to JM Lexus when the time comes for my installation, but I guess they won't pay attention because they suppossedly know the whole procedure better than me.

Talked to jc at jm. Damn 02 sensors are on back order until June. Anyone have some spots where I can possibly score 2. Luckily they hadn't tried to take the old 02 out yet. They said they are gonna try and see if they can get them out without stripping. He explained what he would try to do to save me and it sounded similar to what blitz said.
^^^ Do what? Novel? Too late, I paid for the PPE headers already... and even if I didn't I'd have to have DEEP pockets to pay close to $6k for their headers.

Hey RCB, the 2-1-2 might be the reason why their system sounds very exotic. I remember when I had my 08 ISF and I did the cat/muffler delete, the car sounded different than my 2012 ISF with ISS DES.
