Hey guys. Haven't had a chance to post much since getting the car but all is well. So far it's proving to be a perfect daily commuter car. A bit on the stiff side, but far from uncomfortable. I love how easy it is to quietly cruise in comfort on the highway (which is most of my commute) when you want to. Only problem is it feels like the car feels right at home somewhere between 80 and 100mph...and there is no autobhan in Illinois . But the car is a perfect mix of power, luxury, performance, and looks. It would be hard to ask any more, and I am fully convinced that the only other car that would keep me as happy would be the Panamera.

As for the condition of the car, so far I haven't noticed any gremlins. There is one slight squeek that seems to be coming from the passanger foot well, but its there only at high speeds. I am not sure if the original warranty covers these things, but if not I am sure I'll track it down one way or another. The condition of the body is quite good and the cabin looks practically new. I am still trying to figure out of there is a slight pull to the right, but if there is it seems minimal. The windows were originally tinted by lexus and the tint is not very dark. Perfect for me as I am not a fan of black out tint. The interior is still visible from the outside, but not as if the windows are clear. The car also appears to have 6000k bulbs installed. Those will get switched out shortly with the 4300k in my old DD. I never liked any bulbs other than 4300k, both because I think the white light looks better and because it's a hell of a lot easier to see at night.

One thing that I did notice is the car seems to idle at two different RPMs. Though I haven't driven it enough to be sure, but it seems after a highway drive the car idels at a stop light at around 500 rpms. On the other hand, when driving around town the idle seems to be closed to 750. I don't see any mechanical problems associated with this phenomenon, but I would be curious to know what the other members have experienced here.

All in all I'm pretty happy and definitely look forward to the drive to and from work every day.

Pulling to the right and the idle "issue" are "normal" for this car.

I believe Lexus has updated caster bushings that can help you if the issue bothers you
