Also just curious as to why a 3 piece wheel as opposed to a one piece? generally 3 piece wheels are heavier
Were going to do a semi aggressive fitment, i dont want to rub at all and am not going to roll fenders as i didnt have to with the 20s. I like 3 piece wheels because if you mess one up you can just change that piece rather than have to buy a wheel. With steped lips and race preping there going to be under 20lbs for 19s is pretty good. Im not going wider than 8.5 & 9.5 because the tires im running are stretched on9 & 10in wheels. R comps and 100-180 treadwear tire options arent the best for tracking any bigger than that or its stupid expensive from what Ive found. I really like Potenza RE-11s and Nitto NT-05 in 245/275 and Toyo R888 235/265. Right now flipping between 20s &19s for daily and track.. my alingment is off all the time so im going to one set of 19s that do everything and il have some high performance tire options.
