With that said, mine is holding up very well even after 3 years. No problems at all. I scraped the edges a bit, but it's on fine. It's a matter of installing it properly.

Here are a couple of pix:

what are you using to secure it?
or all u guys in general..

What no one is mentioning is that these are like a shell on the underside, that has not been visible in any of the pictures.

They are not a solid 1/2 inch ABS plastic. They are only about 1/4 inch thick with a curved front edge to give the illusion of thickness.

I had eluded to that somewhere in the past. Still look nice but you do have to be more careful if you scrape. My current set are solid and finished on both sides.

Yup right about that

Anyone know a good shop in SoCal I can get this installed? Not comfortable drilling holes myself.

This is what happens when you buy the cheap thin splitter:

... and this is the set that I have, full carbon fiber (pay no attention to the velcro, I put it there so the bumper doesn't scratch the splitter's clearcoat):

You can always buy the autotek set and have them make a carbon mold out of it.

For the price they are pretty much disposable, buy two sets, install one, use the car without second thoughts, swap when the original set is busted. Or one for show one for daily duties.

Just got back from getting them installed.

Got the install done for $60 at Supreme Power in SoCal, Talk to Eric. He did a pretty good job.

I actually wanted for it to stick out more then the others I saw on this thread. I figured if I were going to put a splitters on, might as well make it more noticable.

Thanks. The guy who installed it for me eyed it just right.
