Anybody in Houston have the QES or DES system? I'm having a DES made right now, but I'd like to hear it in person. I've read everything about drone in the forums, but I'd like to experience it first hand. Probably should have done this beforeI ordered it, but if anybody close to Htown could help I'd appreciate it alot.

Hey Bryan, I am not in the area but from what ive heard, the drone really isnt that bad even in the QES system. Most "louder" exhausts in any car have a little drone with some having more then others obviously, but I know people that daily drive the QES system. Its all just a matter of preference. Im getting a qes myself and I have heard both of them. Both sound awesome, I just preferred the QES because I like loud cars.

I heard my boys QES and it sounds wild without a doubt.. I never heard the DES to compare it with but QES was a lot for me to handle. I sometimes got family in the car thats what made me go towards another route.

I've rode in the DES before and it was/is exactly what I'm looking for. A nice grumble on the outside with a controlled noise level on the inside. Definitely luxury Lexus approved

Thanks for the input guys. I personally feel like I wouldn't mind the loudness, but I've yet to hear it in person. If I'm not satisfied with the DES I can always go the other route.
