Dont have a pic cuz my car is in storage but if you get underneath the car you'll see an access panel in the engine undercover...

Yep, maybe 6x10 inches, 4 philips screws.

Heres a pic from when I started on the headers. This is with the entire shield off and no subframe but you get the idea. Like they said above you will see a small black access panel with 10mm black head screw bolts on it, remove those and that small black panel and you will see the oil filter housing in red in the picture below. It is best to use the special socket that fits the housing so you dont booger up the aluminum. Car takes 9.8 quarts of oil with filter. Oh and to reset your light theres a thread on that too! You'll need this special tool to be able to take the filter housing off.
