Default Steering Issues

Hi Guys- seems I am not having luck with my car recently.
She is pretty much new and has only 3800kms on the clock.

Recently I have picked an issue with the steering:
- on start up and initially at parking speeds the steering feels heavier
- on the go when cornering, depending on the speed, the steering feels either over or under assisted at times
- actually at +/- 60kph at half lock she will go to full lock without moving the steering from the half lock position.

Any idea's?

Is the car all original or have you done any modifications to the wiring or lighting?

Our vehicles have speed sensitive steering that adjusts - Is this possibly what you are feeling?

" The electric power rack and pinion system features speed-sensitive assist with Normal and Sport modes that tie in with the Vehicle Dynamics Integration Management (VDIM) system - the master control linking traction and stability control systems with input from the electronic throttle, transmission, ABS, electronic limited-slip rear end, and steering."

Ryan, your new found Steering Issues are MORE than likely related to your already found header issues..

Engine Check Fault & Headers...
