How is everyone else's gauge cluster holding up? I have an '08 w/69K miles and the middle LED in my speedo just went out last week, and yesterday the middle needle in my tach went out. Going to take it in this week for what will be my 2nd gauge cluster replacement....good thing I bought the 8yr 125K warranty!

My RPM cluster needle is half dead. I didn't know it was covered under cpo warranty but based on the thread it is. Gonna call my SA next week.
I figured out how to replace these tiny LED from reading quite a few DIY postings. Took me a few trials to get the right LED for color and brightness.
There were a member here whom used to replace the LED; I don't think he is active here anymore.

Reason: No selling in the main forums
I replaced the LED on my buddy's ISF but wasn't too happy with the brightness. We found another source of brighter, right angle LED and are very please with the result.
ISF with the not so bright LED
Pheonix72, can you share the links that helped you with this DIY. I'm interested
There are several diy posts but i mainly follow this one. The pictures are no longer there so took me a while to figured out everything. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...g-needles.html
This diy isn't for the amateurs! Very hard to do plus you have to have the right LED and soldering equipment. I am fortunately to work in Electronics so i have access to the right stuffs and pretty perfected this diy after many many trials (and ordered different LED from different sources).
Good luck.
