Man.. that black series is sickkkk! I wish they used that exterior for the regular C63.

And no.. I don't see any resemblance whatsoever to the F. I do agree with an earlier post that the body lines are VERY similar to the Accord coupe, which is not a bad thing, cuz I think the Accord coupe has very nice lines.

Even Stevie Wonder won't think they're copycats. The only resemblance I see is how the rear looks like that of an Accord coupe's.

You're looking too hard lol. That looks way too aggressive to resemble a F in any way.

That rear bumper reminds me of the sickest widebody kit on an M3. Just not as aggressive of course lol

The only resemblance I see is the side vents. Other than that, I don't see anything that looks like the F. That car is beautiful.

Quote: This is not to say, Lexus didn't with the Ferrari California-esque exhaust tips.
The IS-F was unveiled in 2007, first year production 2008. Ferrari California was unveiled in 2008, first year 2009. So if anything the California copied the IS-F and not the other way around.

There is one part on the C coupe that makes it look a bit more like the F and is the shape of the side rear window "kink", which is quite un-Benz like since Benz coupes had always had a sharp tapered end. But other than that it's all MB-AMG.

BTW I love the C63 Black Series! (But I'd probably rather get a '12 GTR instead)

Quote: New C63 is way more aggressive on fender flares...don't see a resemblance
I agree.
Plus....and don't flame me but I think it looks better than our beloved ISF. It's more muscular and aggressive. A car this size looks way better with 2 doors. Way better.

Quote: WOW you guys see no resemblance at all...COME ON!!

Well then, the only thing in common is that they both have nice agressive styling cues.

And, yeah the red does look great on the c63.
I think your subconscience is telling you to trade in the F for the C63. I belive you have caught the C63 bug without realizing it...

On another note, it's a little dissapointing that the C63 comes with only stock 18' wheels.

Quote: Is it me or does the new c63 amg black series coupe have a strange resemblance to the IS-F. Look at the side profile!:

Link

Edit: Even the back and other angles look like a complete ripoff of the F!

Edit: NOT COMPLETE RIPOFF, BUT BARES SOME OF THE SAME QUALITIES. MAYBE "RESEMBLANCE" WAS THE WRONG WORD IN THIS SITUATION.
It see the resemblance from the profile; nowhere else though. I still hate the tail lights. It looks better than before (at least this black series does), but the tails still look like the back of an Accord or something.
