have any members got a change to run with a LS460 and how many car length should you give if you would to run against it?

My old man has one.. I will let you know if I am able to get him to run against me sometime. Our trans and v8 were spawned from the LS460, but it definitely is much slower.

 

Yeah, despite Lexus claims otherwise, the LS460 does 0-60 in 5.8 secs at best.

 

I thought the LS600h and the IS-F shared the engine

The LS600 has a CVT, but I know that the 8speed from the IS-F is also used in the LS460 sport or something

In either way, the IS-F smokes both LS's
The thing with the LS600 is that you can cruse at 100mph with at less than 1000rpms

The LS's weigh nearly THREE TONS ~ 5300lbs... so I don't know why you would even bother racing it...

anyways my dad has an LS460 and i took it on a joy ride but i dont think its faster then an IS-f mainly due to the weight, but it would be nice to see both cars go head to head some day
