So why don't they have the Same part no.? I would like to buy second hand ISx50 headlamps for my IS-F...
I have current IXx50 headlights in my 08. I did however use my bottom brackets and ballast and 1 AFS motor, as it did not come with it. I believe they came from an 07 IS350. I am having some issues with my passenger side AFS motor. The light is flashing, and when I turn the car on, the lights move slightly at the end of the auto adjust. I think the motor is not extending long enough inside the light.
Thanks for your quick reply! I have a UK left hand drive IS-F but here in France I need to pass the technical certification with right hand drive headlamps. I discovered that there is even a difference between the lighting pattern of lhd US spec and European spec lamps! before spending significant money on complete headlamps, I would like to make sure there are no cheaper solutions.

There are different part numbers because they are indeed slightly different... I think it all comes down to the underside mounting bracket holes, from what I remember.
I'm 99% sure the HID light outputs are the same.. (not sure on the pattern difference on RHD)
Besides the plastic bumper bracket, everything else bolts up and plugs in exactly the same.
The 2011-2012 IS-F Headlight Housings share the same part numbers with the 2011-2012 IS-C
