Belt slip noise in manual mode shifting >5.5k rpm?

I have seen sooo many F video with the cars accelerating and making the belt slip noise. At least we know its very common. I am going to have them replace the belt and the tensioner pulley at next service.

Thats exactly what Im going to do. Im not going to tell the dude to take it out and launch it over and over again. . When I call to schedule Im going to tell SA I want the tech to take a ride. Worse case the tech could stand on the side of the road as you pass and shift. Its obvious its a belt. There was a TSIB for this on the earlier car but on the later cars its still happening. Luckily its minor and cheap to repair.

I could've sworn I had checked before, but today I verified over and over again that the noise ONLY occurs with the a/c on..when it's on, it sounds sublime until about 4000 rpm when I hear the whirring noise winding up more and more the higher the revs. with a/c off, no abnormal noise whatsoever.
is this because the tension is off with the belt attached to the a/c? too tight-pulley shape compromises-weird noise? I'm by no means experienced with this kinda thing.
also, how would u guys play this with regards to the third-party extended warranty? (or does anyone know a good shop in Ventura county?)
thanks in advance....

For the simple Belt Slip noise.. Replace the belt...
Should be part of a normal maintenance over a period of time.
As the belt ages it becomes drier & harder.. Eventually it also cracks on the inner veins.
I put a new one after 4 years.. @ 60k miles

I also recently replaced the belt and tensioner with OEM Lexus parts. The mystery noises I had disappeared.
It's not hard, and it's not a lot of money. It is (as Joe said) also routine maintenance.

Takes about 30 minutes start to finish as long as the engine is cool when you start. The hardest part is threading the new belt - Pro tip - start with the alternator pulley on the left and finish with the A/C compressor, and you'll want a 1/2" drive breaker bar at least 18" long to hold the tensioner in position while you thread the belt.

16620-0W131 - Tensioner - $165.30 from Sewell
90916-02632 - Belt - $35.92 from Sewell
Rock Auto has the same tensioner (DAYCO Part # 89380) for $100 less than Lexus. Same manufacturer, looks like same part. I didn't try it, but if you're on a budget, it's probably a good option.
