That is not that stiff IMO. I run 14K and 10K and still have plenty of roomt o go quite plush with damping settings. I can customize the rates and valving for you in a BC coilover or get you KW's if that is your preference.
KW's are running 11K fr and 8K rear for the IS-F application but they rely on their valving to make up the difference.

Most people equate spring rate to ride quality, but really the damping is what is more noticeable. KW offers a different fluid path for rapid vs slow fluid transitions. So your high freq damping is better. I can probably get you the best price since I do not have the overhead of a warehouse or salespeople. Everything drop ships anyway and KW just imposed a min distribution resale so pricing has gone up.

I would personally spend your money elsewhere. The BCR coilovers will outperform them and have better quality. Realistically if you're shopping for the "Nicest" coilovers, go with the KW's.

We'll make sure to take care of you and get you the best deal possible

I have them on my car. I like them a lot. I have a long, successful history with HKS stuff, so I never seriously considered anything else once the Hipermax M1s for the IS-F were released. I think they are the best coilovers available for our cars but, having said that, like clutches in the Supra world where I am from, one man's pleasure is another man's poison so that should be taken into account as well. Good luck.

No, I would not characterize them as soft and plush. More like firm, but compliant (in the default IS-F setting). With stock wheels/tires, they are about perfect, IMO. Now that I have much wider wheels and tires on my car, my ride is a bit busier than it was. I've made a couple of adjustments that appear to be having the desired effect. I just need to complete my driving on all the good and bad roads I use to evaluate my suspension changes. Hope this helps.
