Default Finally got wheels for the F

Snapped some quick pictures with my digital camera. After I lower the car Ill get a nice shoot done with a good camera.

Wheels:

Strasse Forged S5 Carbon Fiber Centers with chrome lips...
20x10.5 rear 20x9 front
285/25/zr20 rear 245/30/zr20 front

Painted the calipers with a G2 paint kit...

Hoping that after I lower it I wont feel like I need more tire....at this point Im really not feeling the 25 series tires out back and 30 series up front. Overall I think it came out nice, but I'll really wont know how I feel about it til its lowered. My springs will be here monday and I'll post better pics with it lowered.

Just wanted to give you guys a peek.

Default car

ride looks nice! You'll be fine with the springs. Not feeling the smoked tails though.

I really like the style of the rims but not a fan of the carbon fiber center. Maybe because it's the only CF piece on the whole car? Would have gone brushed myself but as long as you like it.

I like a little more beef on the tires... But I'm biased cuz I live in pothole chicago.

Smoked tails need a little work (unless your going for the hazed look). Did you wet sand/clear coat them? Or did you just spray on the VHT?

A light wet sanding w/ 800 grit then a coat of clear would do it wonders imo...

Wheels look great though. I don't think it needs to be lowered at all.

Looks good man, nice choice After you lower the car, you'll definitely think you have enough rubber on there

Not bad, but fake cf is a no no. I think you need a thicker spoked wheel in my opinion for the isf, but its not bad.
