Default Obsidian owners only

Hey guys, I was just wondering where or how you guys go about detailing/washing your cars. Perhaps anyone down here in socal who can suggest a professional detailer. If you do it yourself, is there any products you would recommend?

thanks

definitely notorious for its swirls, obsidian needs plenty of maintenance. i tend to wash and wax every three to five weeks, with a polish every two months. zaino products are pretty good from the reviews on the forum, and so i tried a few of their products. it definitely takes obsidian back to showroom status in an instant. one product that i didnt use prior to the F was an orbital polisher. my other cars were just fine with elbow grease and hand waxing. with the polisher, it just makes it so much easier on your arms and hands.

I take mine to a place that steam washes the car by hand. I take it once a week or so.

thanks guys.

bnizzle87,
yup have heard good things about zaino from a lot of car forums, I guess I'll have to get them now lol...so I'm assuming polish is a must for the F to hide those swirls.

Aside from wax and polish, I also use Meguiars color x and scratch x

yah hoovey,
I have used scratch x 2.0 as well...it goes really well along with thier wax, but it wears off too soon...I haven't tried color x, I'll look into it.
