Great, the red is REALLY GROWING ON ME, this might be my other favorite color besides the white and USB
One thing you have to keep in mind guys is that right now he is bending down to take this picture, in a normal day to day view, you only see the finds in a very subtle fashion and the look is very aggressive.
This piece was never meant to or advertised to give you any aerodynamic advantage. It's strictly a cosmetic piece. Frankly most aero parts for "most" cars are just cosmetic. Few people are going to put this stuff in the wind tunnel to test....
I put one on a buddies white SFP IS-F without the vinyl diffuser (which was originally my idea before everyone started doing it). His car looks super clean with just the diffuser piece. The vinyl is strictly a personal taste option. Kinda like wrapping the roof. It's not for everyone. I love my roof wrap, 8/10 people love it but there's always guys who say no good so all about personal taste in modding.
I have this diffuser on my car with no vinyl wrap and I think it looks amazing. Looks great walking up to the car from the rear or the side in a parking lot. Looking at in is super close ups it doesn't look as good but in person and in real life views I love it. I will try and get some pics up.
Is it me or does the diffuser look kinda "cheap" ??
Perhaps you can define "cheap"?
The diffuser is made of vacumm formed plastic and is very lightweight and high quality. Sometimes it's the angle of the photography with the flash that gives it funny look.
I have yet to have one person tell me it looks cheap in person
Maybe the OP can take a few better pictures for us but keep in mind it's below the bumper view so you have to get on your knees to see it directly. Otherwise it's merely an accent piece. This picture was taken on my knees under the car:
and here's a more normal view standing behind the car:
