Default Do Lower control arm brakets change offset?

After a wreck I had last year:
On my 350 the lower control arm brakets are different from each side, and my flushness from side to side varies (minimal but I can notice it). I think this is why my caster is way off.

Looking around today I found this for the ISF:
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...layCatalogid=0

I see it says +20 -20 and 0 "offsets"

??????

Oh BTW, I have a braket with a green mark o it. I wonder if They installed an ISF braket on my car (if possible) by mistake. and this is why my left front wheel sticks out more than the right one.

I cant fint the green marked braket anywhere.... however this same webpage has a brown and purple dotted braket for the IS350...

Is it possible that I have an ISF braket???
