Woodfield Lexus always works on my wheels / tires. I've never had a problem. Basically, they store a set of tires for me (winter or summer, depending on the time of the year) and swap them out. They also replaced my last set of summer tires... So, they've handled them many a time and never a problem!

 

Sorry to hear about your wheel damage, hopefully you get a resolution!

For your rearview mirror TSB, did they replace it with the IS-C mirror or is it still just the stock mirror?

 

s4play - they replaced it with the IS-C mirror. The problem of it vibrating when the sun roof is open is better, but not completely resolved.

Thanks for the support guys. I take both mine (IS-F) and my wife's (RX400h) car to this dealership for service and have never had a problem before. I always work with the same service rep, which I am sure helped in getting this resolved.

Car goes in on Monday. I will let you know how it turns out.

 

Sorry to hear, dealership should take extra care of F's, the one near me they actually all know me so they take extra care of me, but sorry to hear about your bad encounter with the dealership
