Default TOM'S IS-F Exhaust

so it seems tom's has just released 2 exahusts for the IS-F, a titantium and a SS one,
Titanium one weights 7.5kg (16.5lbs)
Stainless steel 16.0 kg (35lbs)
both are rated at 86 decibles, so it doesnt seem that loud, but the weight savings seem to kick ***

that's also 1925 for just an axle back, not a full exhaust.

$5500 for an axle back, huh? Sheesh - I'd get a full cat-back and a set of new wheels instead. But I doubt that I'm in the Tom's target demographic anyway.

Very true, you get what you pay for. Anyone have any dyno numbers over stock or sound clips by chance?

This was jsut released the other day so i doubt anyone has any info yet, but realistically dont expect too much power from an axel back,

now if someone was baller enough to get the secondary cats part of the exhaust from either supersprint or Joe Z and attach that to the TOM'S titanium axel back exhaust, then you'
ll have one badass exhaust setup

Wasn't expecting much from the axle back but I wasn't sure if they also released a full exhaust. You have an interesting idea with combining the Joe Z and Toms, I wonder how that would sound

Nice to see more and more choices for the IS-F......

Looks nice but whoa at $5500 that's steep! Seems only one person I know has the Tanabe and I think this exhaust will be just as rare. Hey if they want to ship me a titanium cat back, I'd be happy to demo it with the JoeZ secondary cat section

AFAIK you can't combine JoeZ's cat-back with Tom's axle-back. The first is a true dual cat-back system, you have 2 pipes at the axle-back point.
