I went to Ralle Lexus of Long Island today and all the service guys were talking about your car and how it's so nicely modded. I would have sent you a PM to let you know but I thought it was so funny that they were like "some girl name CATHETER drives a sick/nice/souped up ISF... etc, etc" I couldn't stop laughing about that and thought I would share how ISF owners are somewhat remembered by others.

At least they partially remembered your name, the other owners they described were either rated on how hot the girl was and whether the guy bought it with his own cash or daddy's cash.

On a side note for everyone, they had no 09's and there was an 08 blue one, same one I was negotiating for that was still wrapped up from back at the end of February. They admitted the F's have not really been selling anyways. Is this the same at other dealerships?

The last time I was at the dealer, I visited my salesman and asked him to give me a shout when the '09s arrived. Said I was intrigued by the interior changes.

That was months ago and he never called. Maybe he didn't think I was truly serious about eating early depreciation. Or maybe...

I was at the dealership yesterday (Lexus of Austin) having some stuff done and chatting with the mechanics and I asked them the same question. They said they didn't have any '09 F's available and weren't planning on having any. Most of their '08's were shipped to other parts of Texas and they only sold a few here in Austin. They did have a truck load of new '09 RX's that were interesting to look at

 

The blue one has everything but PCS and RCC, sticker is $62+, in February I was qouted $49,8XX with 2 additional oil changes.

I had a feeling that the ISF was not really selling. None of the dealerships I went to even had an 09.

Actually, I'm looking into the the RX also, I was playing around with the new mouse on the navigation system, way better than using the retarded voice recognition system in the ISF.

Maybe better on the west coast? The dealers here seem disappointed in ISF sales.
