What, If any, Parts are shared between the IS-f and the other IS models?

Any aero parts? Tail lights? suspension? Anything?

As for aftermarket parts aero parts/body kit, you're limited to the roof spoiler, jdm door visors and that's about it. Everything else is pretty much specific.
