Looks nice.. but for some reason hearing you say its mounted on the outer surface, would lead me to believe the led strip (or whatever you used) is very visible when off... Especially in the day time..
Was there no way to mount it behind the vent holes, and not directly on them...??
Like side mounted to the inner fender walls..
So all you would get would be a glowing light out of the vent holes.. Which would look more "relaxed" with no visible exterior bulbs..
