OK, bought yet another Lexus. This one for my wife. Finally ditched the GX470.

5. No pre-crash (though would have liked it).

Now I get my LS600hL back again. Woohoo!!!!

New 2011 owner chiming in. Just picked her up a couple hours ago:

3. Black/Alcantara inserts
4. Previously had a 2007 GS350 AWD: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2650032/2007-lexus-gs. Still currently an AE86 and AW11 fan.

Well just htought id introduce myself, ive been following the forums for like a year but never got around to registering, laziness lol. ive owned several vehciles and this by far is the best i ever owned. i started with the 350 but after a month od ownership I just had to trade up. the first 2010 bought it as they rolled it off the truck

Depending on how long you've been on CL, some of you may remember me. Since it's New Year's (Day) as I write, I have to say that it seems as if it were only yesterday when I last posted. And it WAS yesterday that I sold my beloved 2001 GS430 (which I would have owned 10 years as of 1/12) to my 4-Ball partner who, I might add, has coveted this vehicle for.......uh..........a decade.
Posting here because 3 hours before I turned it over to him, I picked up my 2011 Mercury Metallic IS-F. Black/black Alcantara with B (iow, everything) option package. Lexus finally recalibrated the suspension and gave me my Torsen LSD. 6MT and it would have been perfect! No pix yet (please! I've only had the car 12 hours, had to sell another one, orient the new owner not only to the car but the wonders of Zaino, do the family New Year's Eve stuff [planned by SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED; you older members understand this], and, finally, pass on the good news). Haven't even updated my profile yet.
I've been gone a while and, unfortunately, may not be posting too often even now. But I have seen that CL remains the best Lexus forum and possibly the most civilized forum anywhere.
Gone for a while, probably forgotten, but most certainly not dead........Dr Tom is still here. Happy New Year!
