It's arrived!
Yeah, it was coming down pretty good and we are expecting 6-8 inches tonight.
I was taking it real slow with the wife in our van watching my six on the way home. It handled it better than I thought on the gas though the braking was as treacherous as I expected.
Snug and tight for at least a couple of days before I take it out again. Maybe I'll watch a DVD in the garage tomorrow night!

Mr. Johnson, congrats on the IS F!
Your situation (weather) and setup (GS400 and IS F) is nearly identical as mine. My Black GS is sitting in the garage hibernating with a car cover over it and my IS F in a few days will be joining him as well - I'll have to find a car cover - anyone know one that will fit...IS350 perhaps?
Our roads are cleared at the moment, but we may get a few inches. The dealership did offer to hold it for me since I'm a little paranoid driving it on snow and ice at the moment with performance tires.

Nice 1st pics.... Take some pics in the Snow when it clears..
Clean the drive way first..
BTW - I just read your roll call post and I couldn't help to wonder why/what you meant by removing the wheel locks??
(didn't want to post in that thread)

I hate wheel locks. The places this car will go I shouldn't have to worry about wheels being stolen so regular old lugs for me.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words.

I bet those Brembos were bitting hard in the snow..

Front 14.2-in. drilled rotors with six-piston opposed aluminum calipers, high-friction brake pads
Rear 13.6-in. drilled rotors with two-piston opposed aluminum calipers, high-friction brake pads
ABS can only do so much in this type of weather with out a winter tire set up..

Just meant that it braked about like you would expect summer tires in snow. Yeah I asked for some backup.
I kept watching it get worse and worse. Luckily the dealership is only about 2-3 miles from the house so I just took it easy getting home.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words.
