But you'll be the only one on your block with this special edition. If you wanna' play, you have to pay.

Sure...supply...demand...and a little bit of "the kind" in the old pipe. Nobody is paying $80K for that car.

Links to eBay are not allowed.

I have it on authority that the seller just wants to sell the car for the most profit possible, while at least breaking even so that he can go to Skip Barber at Laguna Seca. He would love to keep the car, but simply cannot afford it.

It will be very interesting to see what ends up happening. You know dealers cannot buy this special edition from Lexus directly, but used is a different matter. Also, it is being offered to the whole world. So the market is very large.

This will be a very special collector car long term, being one of the very first of the 'F' perfomance cars from Lexus. Reserve is less than $74k. When you factor the out the door total, there's not much profit in there.

The steering wheel is cool, the headrest are cool. Exclusivity is awesome. Also, if you just gotta have those wheels...

This is the best.....
I do not have the vehicle yet. I am told delivery will be in the first quarter of 2008. Special arrangements may be made between the seller and the buyer as needed. Vehicle must be titled to me, therefore the car will be sold as used, previously titled. If we can come to an agreement we may be able to avoid transfer taxes, by a joint title. Please contact me with any questions.

**VIN number provided is not accurate. VIN numbers have not yet been issued. Correct VIN number will be provided as soon as available. ***All photos are of preproduction prototype units. This auction does not include the Skip Barber School, which is non-transferable. Auction is for IS F only. If for some reason I am not able to purchase the vehicle, buyer will be refunded all money and the sale will be void. Buyer is responsible for cost of any dealer installed options. I cannot be responsible for changes outside of my control.

I don't think I would buy a car with that many "TEST" miles.

Just my opinion...

NM IS-F is not worth $80K.

Did you read my post? Car did not sell, but that's okay. Let's let Lexus do some advertising and wait till the cars come in and demand goes up.
