I was graced with a knock sensor issue so figured it was time for another video. This covers intake manifold removal so it could be used for valley plate re-seal or replacement as well. My parts list is in the video description. The wiring harness is the same as the IS-F. Intake manifold and gaskets, hoses, etc are different to IS-F. All of my connectors pretty much crumbled so I have the full harness on order.

This was on my LS460,however the process should be nearly the same if not identical on the IS-F. My IS-F valley plate was done by the dealer before I bought the car so I lucked out there as well.
