Default P0139 P0159 Code, I need help ASAP

So a little background, I had my car serviced for the MAF connector at a local lexus dealership about a month ago. Coming back from work last night i got a CEL and a TC light. The codes are P0139 P0159. Not sure if that means it’s the o2 sensors or what. Car seems a tiny bit sluggish.

if you can view live data, I would watch your O2 sensors and see if they are functioning properly or just replace them altogether if they are original. These seem to be related to that.

DTC P0139 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
DTC P0159 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

These codes are for both rear O2's.

Do you have aftermarket headers or a catback? If so, have you done anything to manipulate the rear O2's?
