Wife and like to do long road trips around the country. Only issue was luggage. So I just finished adding a Stowaway cargo box. Added a Curt 1 1/4 receiver and 7” extension. Curt Wiring harness. All works perfect. Got it set up so you don’t have to use the swing out feature of the cargo box if you don’t want to. (Saves you pulling over and getting out) Box clears by about 1 inch , Had to reprogram the sensor for the retractable top to not function when opening or closing. Added 4 plastic bins . Hitch and box come in just under 100 lbs. Tongue weight is 200 lbs. This give me 100lbs of usable storage..

 

That's pretty cool! Never thought that the top would clear something like that.
