Question What are these holes?

I have a new-to-me 2013 IS 250 C that I bought this week and can't figure out what these holes in the back near the speakers are about. Please enlighten me. (not my pic) In the photo it looks like this is capped, but the ones in my car are just holes.

Hello-
You can purchase the windscreen that attaches to those holes. You should also be able to get the missing caps at the dealer or on e-bay. It works great at cutting down the wind and noise when the top is dropped. Be sure to check out the ISC Forum here as well for other information on your ISC. Congrats on a great car. I'm in Florida and bought my 12' 350C a couple years ago- Love it!
