Default Top rubbing: Has anyone had this problem?

My extended certified warranty is expiring this month on my 2010 ISC250. I’m asking dealer to meticulously look it over. I’ve had three issues

1. About 6 times over the past few years, it will freeze when closing. After turning car off/on, it will then close. Problem is it does it so infrequently and can’t replicate at dealer yet. Any ideas/suggestions I can pass along to dealer?

2. It is making a pronounced squeak at two different timeframes opening and closing. Loudest is when the top is going up, it makes a sound as the roof panel engages to go up.

3. Where the deck lid meets the rear side pillar, there has been a bit of rubbing. Through the paint in some spots. Their initial take is that the seal has come loose and is rubbing it ($189 to replace the seal). Seem odd that a rubber seal might cause the wear. Help / any ideas? Especially if it’s a bigger problem, they still have it at the dealer and under the certified warranty for now! See pics.

This is where seal has stated to come apart from the trunk. Can this be causing that wear?!?

Default rubbing issue,

Check your trunk adjustment. That's what the problem with mine was. I have a 2012 IS250C.
