Default Need one new tire, opinions?

I have Toyo Proxes 4+ on the front and Conti ExtremeContact DWS06 on the rear. All tires have plenty of tread. The issue is that one of the Toyos in the front developed a sidewall bubble seemingly overnight. I was doing a brake/rotor job, didn't see any bubbles, and the next day, I see a sidewall bubble.

I'm debating between buying a used Proxes 4+ for about 60 dollars and replacing all 4 tires. The local tire place has a promotion going on next week: 140 off a set of 4 Pirellis. Should I just wait for the promotion or should I just replace one tire?

What's your opinion?

My car at 7,900 miles had a front tire nail in the corner. They are all OEM. My choices were replace all 4 tires, for cheaper, or pony up the $225 and get one tire and keep them matching. I ended up just replacing one tire.

If I was in your shoes, I would buy a Toyo and have matching fronts. If you needed all 4 tires, I would say get the local tire promotion. Then again I have never had mismatched tires front and back.
