Post ISC250 (2013) rear wheel drive question

Considering purchasing an ISC250. I live in Chicago and want to know how the rear wheel drive handles in the snow? I was told to purchase Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires and I would be fine. Any comments? I have an IS250 AWD now and it handles well but want the convertible.

Need advice.

I had Blizzak LM-60s in Alberta for a short while and I was fine with snow. Obviously it isn't an AWD with chains and studded tires, but Chicago isn't exactly arctic winter conditions. There are a lot of these vehicles in Toronto and their weather is a bit more frigid. You'll be fine with the Blizzaks.

I've run my RWD through 5 winters, if you get decent tires, you'll be more than fine.

I ran Toyo Observe G-02+ for the first couple and then switched to the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3. The grip offered by the Toyos was far superior. I would go with Blizzak's or Toyos again in a heartbeat.
