I recently picked up a Certified 2011 IS 250C and couldn't be happier. It's silver over black and looks fabulous!

I do have a question about the trunk. The carpet and plastic components that line the trunk are beige, which seems odd since the cabin interior is black, meaning seats, carpet and dash. Is this how Lexus outfitted their 2011 models? I've seen a silver over black 2013 and the trunk on that car was black.

No big deal, I'd just like to know if this is normal or not.

Yes I think they changed it for 2012, my 12 is TP/black int with the trunk black.

 

It's how my 2010 is as well. They got it backwards IMHO. If the trunk area was black regardless of interior color it would show a lot less dirt.
