How to get at map/console lights on 2012ISC?

How to get at map/console lights on 2012ISC?
I've looked through YouTube and here, but can't seem to find how to figure out how to replace the console and map lights with LEDs. I see lots of Pros and Cons to the LEDs, but not how to get at them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
