Lexus has the key cards on the LS only. So all you IS-C owners...how do you like them? Any rattles or issues with the convertibles? I have a 2006 IS350 and love it, but looking to get a 2010 IS-C 350

how long did you have to wait for the Mark Levinson audio? i heard no dealers in the US stock is350c's w/ ML package..

 

I went to the dealer to order one in time for spring and ended up owning it in less than a week. My dealer found one with everything I wanted except for radar cruise so I took it. Turns out that someone ordered my car in VA but didn't like the color in person so they refused delivery. Glad they did tho...

 

You can get the card key with the IS220d/250 luxury package and IS250C luxury package here in Finland.

I was thinking about selling my 2008 IS250 with a sport package next year (or the year after that) and getting an IS250C. Actually I would like to get the convertible even sooner, but I guess I'll have to wait. I did ask for photos of a black convertible with white interior in a topic here, that is how I would want my car to be.

Welcome to CL!! My sister also purchased a ISC blk on blk and i love driving that sucker.. I love how the ISC is designed. Everything feels roomy as i was driving in my 350. Very roomy and well worth every penny! I wished it was my car tho lolz

btw i hope you have clear bra to protect the front. I had my sisters clear bra installed at Aerotect and did a great job. It was one of the first ISC to have clear bra installed at their shop

 

@Phil888 I was driving to Palm Springs and drove thru a sand storm..wish I would have had the clear bra at that time. Now I have some slight front marks. Too bad because Lexus black is so dam shiny. I just dont like how they have that dirt line after a year or so.

 

^^Dude same thing happened to me last year when i drove my car to Vegas.. I drove through a damn Sand storm and my front got the worst of it. The damn windshield is the worst right now cause when the sun hits it you can see all the chippings.. btw i hope you know you can claim this with your insurance company as "Mother nature" damage.

 

Thanks Phil...good to know. I think i'll just buy a new IS-C350...but i NEED my ML sound system! Why arent they selling the IS-C with ML here in the states yet? I looked at the IS-C when it first came out and the douchbag at Stevens Creek Lexus, the #1 Lexus dealership in Northern California said Lexus was "doing away" with ML sound systems so deal with it and buy this car. Glad I didnt. I think i'll go back to Monterey Lexus for my next car.

 

they do sell is350c w/ ML... dealers just dont stock pile them anymore.. if you want ML on the 350c.. its a special order.

Well its like any other car Lexus has to offer. With the ML system they wouldnt be able to sell the car for under 55K. PPl are actually or have paid around 49K to 50K for the ISC. My sister was able to get her ride for 53K out of the door with tax and license. Imagine with the ML system the price would roughly be around 55K to 58K too pricey IMO. Economy is bad and Lexus always thinking ahead of ways to pushed their sales.
