Yes, it is semi-gloss black. I painted the rear section from the Y-split back to the flanges where the mufflers attach to said Y-pipe.

I did it cause the vert has a rear "diffuser" piece on the bottom of the rear bumper that's black plastic, and from a distance the chrome pipes behind it made it look like the exhaust was in like 6 different pieces.

You can see in the pic the right most diffuser "fin".

Check your email man.

I still don't know about lowering it. Not as much worried about the warranty.....more worried about rubbing/scraping/ride quality/getting it on ramps/etc

I think the 3inch lip looks just perfect w/ the 1.5 fronts. Looks great bro! I like the first & last shot the most. Makes the IS-C look very sporty and aggressive!
