yes i know, but most write ups like the one from autoblog. base them selves off of what they see and hear. so getting a 100hp gain and ending up at ~380 would be good enough for me. i didnt mean we will end up with 400whp

Which is about 3 times the gain the LMS kit (which, apart from the intercooler, this is basically a copy of) made on 5 lbs of boost.
A bigger intercooler can certainly help. It's not likely to triple the gains however.

lol everyone should know by now that most online blogs tend to exaggerate and/or hype things up quite a bit.
on a side note, the car is looking awesome in that photoshoot! +1 for something different

The IS350 makes about 260-265 at the wheels stock. Intake can add about 5. Exhaust will add between 7-12 depending how illegal you make it. And that's about it for currently available bolt-ons.... so 282 on its best day.
400 to the crank is around 350 at the wheels.
70-75 rwhp would be almost double the ~40 rwhp the LMS kit (which, other than a bigger intercooler, this is a copy of) made on 5 lbs of boost. In fact it'd still be 20-25 rwhp more than the TOMs kit made on 5.8 lbs with an ECU tune.
400 is a made up number for the press release as far as I can tell, with 0 evidence supporting it.
I'll be most glad if he provides a dyno to prove otherwise, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Also, there are headers for our car. I will be guessing it will be anywhere 10-18 WHP according to JBE dyno.

He made 360 whp?
I must've missed that dyno, can you post a link to it? Because, again, that's about 50ish whp more than I've seen anyone else report from that kit.
(and the PPE headers have had one dyno test, with aftermarket full exhaust on the car too, and aren't actually available as production units yet- I do hope they produce good reproducible results, but we don't have those yet)
