Default OBD tool for Lexus ISC

Hello everyone,I know this topic has been discussed before, but I’d like to start a fresh discussion with an updated list of OBD scanners/tools in 2024-2025?

Which ones offer the best value, and which are the most capable in terms of features and service functions?

Thank you all in advance

I used to use the Bluedriver bluetooth OBD2 reader. It was good when I first had it but after using it for the past 3-4 years and honestly it sucks. It barely gives you any data and you can't really do much with it. I do not think it is worth it. It never gets used anymore other than for basic scan tool uses. If you just want a scan toll then a harbor freight one will do just fine. I am actually going to purchase techstream in the future. Let's see how it does.

I use Autel MaxiAP , it does pretty good job. I want something like techstream. AMD told Toyota has recently changed their dealer software, I don’t know what it is.
