Rear Camber Arm Torque specs

Hi, does anyone have torque specs for the rear camber arms.

I’m planning to install rear adjustable camber arms to help with rear tire wear.

I'm about to do the same job and just want to double check I'm reading this correctly. The top bolts should be torqued to 140 and 111 ft/lbs, respectively?
