Default What exhaust is this?

Was looking at this one because it seems to have passed CA smog, but it has an non oem exhaust.
Also I'm in norcal, this orange beast is on market for over a month, wonder what's wrong with it. Anyone in socal saw this one?

How funny this was brought up - I'm in San Diego and have thought about taking a trip to look at it. There must be some issues with it because why would you mod your car, only to trade it in. Also, as you mentioned, it's been for sale for a month now and they keep dropping the price. I tried to get a molten pearl last year but no dice but now the red interior has outweighed the orange and black for me (plus I need to keep my stacked tips, so the exhaust on this one was a deal breaker).

I actually test drove this one over the weekend. It was just a muffler delete. The drone was a bit annoying though. Apparently the guy that owned it traded in his IS500 and RCF for a Supra. The car seemed fine for the most part except the front driver side panel was popping out a little bit and it seemed lowered by a small amount which may have led to the panel pushing out after a couple of scrapes on driveways.

The RCF was definitely the garage queen because it was fully stock and only had 2k miles on it. So makes you wonder what else the previous owner did to the IS.
