Default Alignment issue?

Sorry guys if this has been discussed before, I searched on my phone and nothing popped up.

Anyone else have issues with their alignment? I’ve had the 500 for 3 weeks and always kind of noticed an issue. On a dead straight line my steering pulls to the right causing the steering wheel to stay a bit to the left(clearly lol)

could’ve sworn I read about this before but can’t find the issue. I’ll be making an appt with Lexus but just wanted to know if it’s known… I had a 350 f sport and it had the same issue also, ate up the front tires

Funny you started a thread on this. I think mine is doing the same thing every so little, or it's just my perception because of course roads are always slopped slightly for drainage, or whatever. I've been driving around trying to find an even patch of road to "convince" myself that the car is not pulling to the right. LOL. It is starting to drive me a bit bonkers.

Lane keep assist will definitely cause some tugging.

My first IS500 was out of alignment the first 2000 miles, took it in for an alignment and was fine thereafter. Apparently pretty common for new cars to be sold out of alignment. Guessing it’s just something that happens during transport.

No I’ve had lane assist off since delivery. But nonetheless I made an appt for Thursday.

I’ll post results

EDIT:: I actually just noticed all my tires are not same PSI. 🤦🏻‍♂️ let me fix that issue first lol. My rears are off by 4PSI from each other. Front also. Everything wacky. I’ll report back 🤪

If tire pressure doesn't solve the issue, get it aligned.

All my three last IS's had an out of wack alignment when I took delivery of them. It's pretty common.

Get the Firestone Lifetime Alignment. For $180-200 its a no-brainer. The dealership will shellack you by charging more than that for 1 alignment alone. Get the alignment done every 6 months or whenever you hit a pothole. Since our tires cant be rotated its worth it to save tread.

No need to pay extra and go to a specialty alignment store or dealership. Firestone has the software. It's all the same.

I agree with Answer. All my Lexus products needed an alignment upon delivery. Not sure if they hunker them down so securely during shipping but all were out of whack. I will not leave the dealership after picking a new lexus without having them check the alignment.

Also try a road that doesn't have a crown if possible. Many roads slant to the side for water run-off and the car will pull to the right.

Man that is some horrible luck. I haven't aligned a single Lexus yet. Only had to do my old G8 and I did the C7 for less of a handling setup and more street + treadwear setup.

That is strange. My 2021 IS 350 and now my IS 500 never had issues upon delivery. I did get an alignment on the IS 350 because it felt a little sloppy while braking at one point. It turns out that it had a little toe-out on one of the front tires, probably due to a pothole. But so far so good on the 500... I don't think it makes sense for the cars to have bungled alignment from new, but what do I know.

get it aligned. some are coming from the factory with steering wheel off center. my 500 was good, but my 22 i350 was off center, and when i had a new camry that was off center also.
lexus has a service procedure for steering wheel off center for all 2016 and up model years

Agreed. My 350 had the wheel off center and the rear toe was out of alignment. And our 2022 Highlander also had the wheel off center and its toe was also out of alignment. Both were re-aligned roughly around 150 miles.
