Yeah I think SouthrnFresh was ultimately behind this event; might want to follow them. Hopefully they'll do another one, but I do not know whether it is a recurring event or not.
Joined the ranks of the IS 500 gang with this stunning example (I might be biased ;-). I had been looking for something to replace my pickup and wanted something sporty and just couldn't make up my mind or drop the hammer on what CA dealers are doing with markups over the last couple years. Lexus was never even on my radar but I stumbled over a picture of the Blue Vector from a Roseville Lexus dealer and holy cow, I was smitten. I spent a couple days researching this vehicle, which ended up being a massive rabbit hole of the entire history of this engine and it's origins. Once I realized the car was a limited color, I don't care if it was used on a Corolla a decade ago, I went into overdrive trying to find one closer than two hundred fifty miles from me. I lucked out and a dealer about two hours away had one in stock in Concorde CA made the deal over the phone and picked it up yesterday. Just some dealer shots so far as the weather is poop and I've got a playoff game to attend to today.

Picked my VB up about 3 weeks ago also coming out of a pickup and could not be more pleased, great car and great color.....congrats!
I did a bit of a photo shoot yesterday, and I can't wait to see the professional photos. In the meantime, here are a few spoilers... (I took these photos, not the photographer.)
While I do like my vector blue, let’s face it this car is a stunner in any color!
The comedy is this, when I bought the car the weather was very dreary, massive cloud cover and I thought the paint was just a base color. I just went out and the sun is peaking through the clouds and I notice a sparkle in the paint and take a closer look. Holy cow! This thing has some very fine metallic flake in there, LOL...
I agree, prior to even knowing this car existed I never even noticed them on the road, last two days I have seen a ton but the vast majority are the V-6 models and they all look good. I need to see that red cause it has some of the best golden light photos I have seen yet highlighting the curvaceous nature to this beautiful body.
