The top one.

Bottom one in terms of ride height. It looks more professional/adult. You can see a bit of the front control arm in the bottom pic which seems like it's higher, but not sure if both photos taken at the same floor/camera height. Maybe post the exact differences in MMs?

Definitely like the clear window look of the top pic though. Also more premium/adult/high end classy etc.

Definitely make the higher spring option.

Yikes, can't do clear windows. Don't like people seeing me haha.

The top one for me. The bottom looks like a normal, non-lowered car with wheel gap. I played with the lighting to make the gap more visible.

Not that I have an IS500, but I like the bottom option. I like that it just tightens up the wheel gap a little while still leaving some reasonable room for suspension travel. It looks like it'd be easier to live with and daily drive.

Both have been good for me daily driver wise, I've put about 20k miles with the top option.

Good to know and I wouldn't have expected otherwise. The top is far from "slammed" and looks on par with all bmw or audi spring offerings I've come across.

Top one for looks, bottom one for practicality.

Will the spring rates maintain the same ratio as the stock springs?

Do you mean spring rate? If so, yes. The rates will be adjusted, usually increased to a point that won't affect ride quality.

Ride quality is more affected by the ratio of the front sprint to the rear spring. Regardless of the average suspension frequency, the rear spring's frequency needs to be about 15% faster to maintain a flat ride. If you don't have the frequencies in a proper ratio, then the car pitches when it hits bumps and you need large dampening forces, which translates into crappy ride quality.

Major auto manufacturers design their suspension systems to have a flat ride. So keeping the ratio of the front spring rate to rear spring rate the same will keep a flat ride. So that is why I ask if the kit will have the same ratios. I would rather rely on math than someone's subjective taste of ride quality.

Our engineers will be happy to provide the numbers as soon as we have a vehicle in for evaluation and this kit physically available.

Bottom for me, a more balanced wheel arch gap, while the top one looks like the springs are wearing out.

^^ I agree, the top one has an uneven arch gap and visually, throws the car off as well IMO
