Default How do I replace this grill part?

I ran over a blown 18 wheeler tire. Got supremely lucky and the only thing damaged is the passenger side vent piece. I can’t figure out how to replace it. I can only locate one of the screws. Any help?

I had to replace that piece on my driver side. To do that I had to remove the bumper cover, which is not that difficult. I don't know if that piece can be accessed on the passenger side without taking the bumper cover off. On the driver side, I think the washer fluid tank blocked access and the cover needed to come off.

If you need to take the bumper cover off, here is a video for an IS 350 that helped to understand what needs to be done:

Besides the screws, there are clips that also hold it to the bumper.

Here is a diagram:

I hope this helps.

This kid seems to have done it without removing the bumper cover. With the bumper sag issue on the 500 I’d really like to not have to remove it.
