Hello everyone I had to put my spare on and the dealer said it was fine to drive home and back on, that being 140 highway miles. I just wanted to see if that is fine on the trans, diff and everything?

Not ideal, it will mostly trigger a CEL and you'll have to drive slower, but you'll be fine. They wouldn't have put that tire size if it would hurt the car.
