sun visor extender?

Ok I searched and could not find an answer. Maybe there isnt one. I am not that tall but the sun visor is too short or the side windows are too long, is there an extender that anyone has bought or jerry rigged to block the sun for those of us that sit towards the rearmost part of the driver window?

Should be able extend the visor all the way across the window. e.g. flip visor to driver side window and then pull all the way out.

It does not pull out its fixed.
