Default F sport Dash Pop up display

Hey guys
Newbie here.
So I drive a 2015 IS250 Fsport AWD

Been going through the instrument cluster settings and there's the pop up display setting on off for some options.

Okay I understand it prevents for example the instrument brightness pop up from appearing if the setting is off..
But the last setting when you scroll down is something with the moving menu which is switched off by default. Anyone knows what this is?

Thanks!

That's to move the speed gauge to the right which shows additional information that you might find useful like g force pull, gear ratios and etc...

I'm pretty sure that disables/enables the little notification that pops up every time you start the car. I'm pretty sure all the message is just telling you about how to use the pop up display(moving gauge cluster). That's why it shows the little picture of the steering wheel and the button used to move the cluster over.

Correct. Lexus just wants to make absolutely sure you know how to use the moving menu.
