I believe that the screen on my 2018 is300h prem used to show a full screen when reversing.
currently when you engage reverse the screen picture changes showing a full picture of what’s behind But only on 3/4 of the screen. The remaining 1/4 of the screen is blank?.
All other settings on the screen show full screen, unless another view is selected say phone etc.
The satnav shows full screen.
I’ve tried asking my 2 local Lexus dealers, who say they’ve had other Lexus is300h drivers asking the same question.
Does anyone know if it should be full screen when engaging reverse?

I had the exact same feeling, but after checking on some, old photos I realized that on the right panel is the car sensors showing you how close you are to objects.
