Default Reset Maintenance Required

Hi all,

Had a search on forums couldn't locate anything

Have a '21 is300 fSport AWD going to do an oil change myself and need to reset the maintenance required please contact dealer message that comes up on the instrument panel/speedo area.

I know previous models had some kind of hold the trip button while turning ignition on but I can't seem to locate anything for this model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Steering wheel controls for the Driver Information Center will open the reset option.

Check page 286 of the 2021 owner's manual (I used "Select" to denote the button used to confirm menu options, the one with the dot):

After the required maintenance is performed according to the maintenance schedule, please reset the message. To reset the message, follow the procedure described below:

1 Press < or > of the meter control switch to select Settings.
2 Press ^ or v of the meter control switch, select the “Vehicle Settings” then “Scheduled Maintenance”. (To confirm setting, press Select.)
3 Select the “Yes” and press Select.
4 A message will be displayed on the multi-information display when the reset procedure has been completed.
tl;dr it is in your gauge cluster options in the Settings sub-menu.
